Pay £19 for a two hour stand up paddle lesson with Troggs Surf School.
That's an awesome saving on the normal value of £40.
The stand up paddle (or SUP as the cool kids are calling it) is an exciting new water sport set to to rival surfing as the sport of the summer.
Portrush is located just one hour's drive outside Belfast city on the stunning causeway coastline. When you arrive at Troggs, you'll be suited up with your own wetsuit and paddle board.
Your lesson will kick-start with a short safety induction before moving on to flat water paddle technique. You'll start by lying down on the board before progressing to kneeling and standing. Paddle boards are a wider, larger, extended version of a surf board and because lessons take place on flat water it makes balancing on them a lot easier.
Each lesson is carried out in small groups to allow for individual attention and lead by Northern Ireland's only ASI (Academy of Surfing Instructors) SUP instructor.
This is the perfect activity for kids from eight years upwards and adults too and groups are most welcome.
