I've spied a pretty awesome deal. How do I score it?
Just click that big bright Buy button and fill out your credit card details. As soon as the purchase is processed, a coupon will pop up in your account, all ready for you to use it. You'll also receive an email with a link to your coupon.
How do I find my coupons?
Make sure you're logged in with the same username and password you used to buy your coupon, then click on My Deals at the top right corner of the homepage. There you'll find every coupon you've ever bought, gifted to someone else or received from someone else.
How many coupons are available on each deal?
Shhhhh. It's a secret. And we're not going to tell you. What we can say, though, is that you shouldn't stick around thinking about it for too long otherwise you could miss out.
What happens if my coupon expires?
Don't let that happen, hombre! Once a coupon expires, you cannot use it. Short and simple. Fortunately we have a nifty tool that will remind you when a coupon is going to expire. If you're pretty rubbish at organisation, we recommend you Set a Coupon Reminder. If your coupon requires you to book ahead, we recommend that you contact the merchant sooner rather than later to score the date your really want and to avoid disappointment.
How do I use my GrabOne coupon?
Find your coupon in My Deals, then read the instructions on the bottom of it. Super easy
Are there conditions?
Make sure you always read the fine print and expiry date before you grab a deal. You don't make up the rules; neither does GrabOne. The business advertising with us decides what conditions they want to put on their coupons so make sure they work for you before you buy the coupon.
Am I allowed refunds?
We don't normally offer refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances, but we treat each refund request on a case-by-case basis and in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you think you are entitled to a refund after reading this, give us a call on (028) 9055 4700 and we'll discuss it with you.
What if the business I bought a coupon for closes down?
If anything happens that makes it downright impossible for you to redeem your coupon, we'll make sure you get your money back.
Is GrabOne safe?
Very. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. Don't worry your pretty little head about privacy either. We don't record your credit card details anywhere, so evil pirates cannot nick off with them and spend your hard-earned cash on gold-plated peg legs and gummy bears.

Do you ever remove comments from the discussion board?
We like questions. We like banter. We like community. But we don't like it when people are mean. Generally we won't remove any comments from the discussion boards, unless someone is making personal attacks, engaging in other forms of trolling, refers to our competition or has posted something ENTIRELY IN CAPS. Keep it friendly, yo. Apart from that, everything that gets posted to the GrabOne Discussions is dedicated to the public domain under the Creative Commons Public Domain Dedication, so basically it becomes part of the web for all to see.
